Heather T, Daisy Chain and Moik.

Heather T
Is a Mandurah based creative who grew up in country New Zealand and has loved arts and crafts from a young age. "Craft was what we did in our spare time; Knitting, crochet, Sewing, pattern making, painting, pottery, sketching were all learnt with enthusiasm. After many years of making clothes and costumes for theatre, I decided to study art at Rockingham TAFE. This led to the sketching of jewellery in our family business. These days, with more spare time I find myself fascinated with the art of glass cutting and soldering to create quirky birds, cacti, candle holders and other ornaments. I am an addicted crafter, who is always looking at new ideas and find joy knowing other people enjoy my creations. I am also proud to be Monika’s Mother."

Daisy Chain 
Here in Common Ground we also have a store Brand called Daisy Chain by Cmmngrnd, This brand is a team effort from Heather and Monika, as we have crafting days spending our spare time together making all sorts of different pieces for our quirky store here in Fremantle. 

Moik. 
Moik. handmade art is a resin brand run by myself Monika. We up-cycle trinket dishes with resin and pressed flowers, pour resin boards and centre pieces for you tables. These pieces are designed to bring a little bit of joy to your home and make beautiful gifts. With each piece being handmade and unique you wont find two the same!
